Disclaimer

Whilst every effort is made to deliver the best service, no outcomes are guaranteed through making use of mindfulness teaching. As personal growth happens through experiential learning ( “through experience” learning) participants need to do the practices in a location/space where they are not disturbed by others. Change happens over time and therefore patience is needed. Participants will be expected to do the exercises demonstrated during the sessions as homework on a regular basis in their own time (apart from the time during the sessions) in order to benefit from mindfulness teaching.

As part of mindful training, mindful movements are explained and demonstrated. Dr Cloete will not be held liable for any injury sustained during mindful movement training as the student will be guided as to what they see as their own bodily limits and capabilities, applying common sense and whenever pain or discomfort is felt to immediately stop doing the exercise which elicited this pain or discomfort. The student should alert Dr Cloete if there is existing limitations or physical injuries and seek medical help if needed of their own accord.
