Individuals Dealing with Trauma Program

Welcome to our program dedicated to supporting individuals who are dealing with trauma. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where participants can explore their experiences, learn coping strategies, and begin the healing process.

Program Overview

This program is designed for individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to:

  • Emotional abuse

  • Physical abuse

  • Sexual assault

  • Natural disasters

  • Loss of a loved one

Key Features

  • Supportive Group Therapy (On condition there is interest for the group): Engage with others who share similar experiences in a safe and confidential setting.

  • Individual Counseling: One-on-one sessions with a trained professional to address personal trauma and develop coping strategies.

  • Workshops and Seminars: Participate in educational sessions that focus on trauma awareness, resilience building, and self-care techniques.

  • Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques: Learn methods to manage stress and anxiety through mindfulness practices.

Eligibility

Our program is open to individuals aged 18 and older who are seeking support for trauma-related issues. A brief intake assessment will be conducted to determine the best fit for each participant.

How to Enroll

  1. Contact Dr Cloete to schedule an initial consultation.

  2. Complete the intake assessment form.

  3. Attend an orientation session to learn more about the program and meet other participants.
